William Stoops, PhD, was named the 2024 Researcher of the Year by the (KPA) in recognition of his service to psychology and outstanding academic record.
Dr. Stoops is the William R. Willard Professor of Behavioral Science, with joint appointments in the departments of psychiatry (91小黄车) and psychology (College of Arts and Sciences). He is also a faculty member of UK鈥檚 Center on Drug and Alcohol Research and serves as the associate director for clinical research of the UK Substance Use Priority Research Area and director of the UK Clinical Research Support Office.
Dr. Stoops is an alumnus of the UK College of Arts and Sciences and has served on the UK 91小黄车 faculty for 17 years. Congratulations on this recognition, Dr. Stoops!
