Rasmus · DJ, Saturday's wedding

I'm so sorry. I've got a fever and no voice. I can't do Saturday.

Asta

Hi Rasmus, I'm Asta, an AI from Team Asta, working with Lea. Sorry to hear it. You were bringing the speakers and both mics for the speeches too, right?

Rasmus · DJ

Yes. Both mics for the speeches were mine.

Asta

Get well soon, Rasmus. Lea says don't worry about Saturday, we'll sort it.

Rasmus · DJ

Thank you. Please tell Lea I'm really sorry.

Asta

I will. I'll suggest Jonas to Lea: free Saturday, his own speakers and two mics, set up at 13:00.
✓ Jonas with sound at 13:00 is ready for Lea to approve.

For Lea · venues for Sofie & Mikkel · couple

Asta

Hi, I'm Asta, an AI from Team Asta, helping Lea find a venue for a wedding. Is Saturday 21 August still free for about 90 guests?

Fjordlyst · venue manager

Yes, it's free. Ceremony in the garden, dinner in the barn.

Asta

The bride's grandmother uses a wheelchair. Is there a step from the garden into the barn, and is there an accessible toilet?

Fjordlyst · venue manager

No step, and yes. Music stops at 01:00.

Asta

That works. Can the couple bring their own caterer, and is there parking for 30 cars?

Fjordlyst · venue manager

Yes, 40 spaces. Kitchen fee is 2,500 kr.
✓ Fjordlyst fits. It is one of three venues waiting for Lea's yes.
